? Project manage key initiatives relative to China operations and supply chain
? Manage manufacturing transfers from internal to China-based manufacturers
? Ensure qualification of Made in China (MIC) for China for government contract requirements
? Drive detailed program management for all related China operations initiatives
? Manage risks and issues surfacing and take corrective actions to mitigate
? Plan the overall program execution and monitor the progress to plan
? Acts as a local point of contact for suppliers and logistics partners
? Manage and utilize cross-functional resources across projects
? Coordinate multiple projects and their interdependencies
? Support new projects and initiatives as they arise
? Manage stakeholders’ communication

• 10 + years’ experience in program management
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding program management capabilities
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills
