? Provide guidance and direction as required for the fulfillment of legal requirements of the Chinese government.
? Assess, monitor, and advance the security practices for content takedown and data preservation.
? Develop and provide appropriate measurements to track SLA compliance and inform future business direction or requirements.
? Address bottlenecks, constraints, and challenges that impact NWCD ability to sufficiently meet Chinese law and regulations for content takedown and data preservation.

Basic Qualifications
• Native Mandarin Chinese speaking
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 years industry or government experience in internet legal compliance area
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing internet legal compliance program
Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of current and emerging Internet laws and regulations.
• Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides of the business.
• Passion to make things better and resourceful, solutions based approach to achieve it.
• Ability to credibly coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, and government officials.
• Synthesize requirements underlying process needs, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead efforts to meet aggressive timelines. This will include writing detailed functional and test specification, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features.
• Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with law, web services, and program development.
