Establish and conduct the quality control systems, procedures, in-process quality control standards, inspection methodologies and continual improvement
Provide professional technical services and supervisions to assure quality implementations in auditing
Manage and optimize internal and external quality resources for compliance, high agility, good performance and cost saving
Coach and supervise all quality relevant activities and coordinate the audit team to ensure audit report and processes are compliant within a stringent quality system
Ensure risk assessments are conducted and appropriate mitigation actions are in place
Design and deliver quality functionality training and development programs, as well as employee training and development.
Build good operational coordination with global quality teams, internal quality groups and clients
Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Bachelor or Master degree with Accounting or Audit related major
At least 7 years working experience in area of quality control function
CICPA qualification is required
Good communication and problem solving skills
Familiar with IFRS/PRC GAAP/US GAAP
Able to work with different cross function units
Open minded, diligent, patient and great attitude in high pressure situations
Good at both spoken and written English
 Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
