2.0 JOB SUMMARY
* Lead and support continuous improvement activities in production or related areas.
* Coordinate and audit lean projects through regular interaction with function managers, and the sharing of “Best Practice” method and ideas
* Responsible for “ideas management and workshop” KPIs
* Head of lean 20 keys program
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Helping managers understand lean principles and how to apply them in their departments.
* Performing audits to identify waste in processes or procedures and recommending changes to improve performance.
* Identifying opportunities for improvements in efficiency through the use of technology or other methods
* Developing, maintaining, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production lines or other areas of the company
* Working with other members of management to identify problems that could impact company performance and developing solutions.
* Leading kaizen events to implement lean practices across an organization.
* Continue to implement the 5S and visualization standards and TPM activities.
* Leading the idea management and continuous improvement activities in the company
* Create and monitor Kanban pull system in the production area.
* Improve and support the current and future layout optimization.
* Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time.

任职资格:
4.0 REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Bachelor Degree and major in Industrial Engineering or related
* 10+ years IE, lean production or excellent operation job experience
* Solid IE and lean knowledge
* Sufficient experience in TPM,JIT and CIP
* Component in MS Office, and data handing and report ability
* CAD or Visio is preferred, and fluent English speaking.
* Good communication skills.
