1. Job responsibilities:
Ensure material availability including resolution of shortage issues
Maintenance of Master Data
Demand planning, order generating and delivery tracking
Stock monitoring and management
Planning of transports and time windows
Tracking of deadlines in terms of change management
Communication with customer and supplier
Tracking and documenting of supplier delivery performance
Management of critical situations in terms of procurement of parts
Monitor supplier performance
Support of the container management process
Initiating and support of cycle counts if stock discrepancies appear

2. Position qualification:
Experience in the field of material planning / administration and logistics
Experience in the automotive industry resp. in supplier branchling
Good knowledge in Microsoft-Office-Application (especially MS Excel)
Good understanding / experience in ERP- and MRP-Systems
Transport Norms
2-3years working experience in automotive industry
