Job Description：
1. Formulate R&D strategies and plans for overseas flight business to ensure that R&D projects are consistent with the overall strategy of Trip.com;
2. Manage the R&D team and coordinate the work between various departments;
3. Ensure the quality and progress of R&D projects and promote technological innovation and product upgrades;
4. Manage the personnel and resources of the R&D team, and promote the improvement of the team's technical capabilities;
5. Analyze the market and competitors, understand user needs and behaviors and formulate corresponding R&D strategies;
6. Monitor the performance of R&D projects and user feedback and adjust R&D strategies and plans timely;
7. Communicate with senior management and provide strategic suggestions for the development of Trip.com

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communication or related is preferred;
2. More than 6 years of research and development management experience and successful research and development project experience;
3. Have strong technical background and technical leadership, familiar with software development and hardware development process;
4. Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills, able to effectively cooperate with various departments and teams;
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to effectively communicate with foreign customers and teams;
6. Have the spirit of innovation and team work spirit, can work under pressure, have a strong ability to work under pressure;
7. Familiar with the development trend and market changes of the Internet industry, and have a keen insight into new technologies and products;
8. With management experience, able to effectively manage a team, develop R&D processes and standards, and promote technological innovation and product upgrading.
