工作任务 Tasks:
1. 参照总部标准建立公司有关工艺开发的标准以及相关的程序文件。
Build epCN process development system/standard and management procedure document according to epM headquater standard and requirement.
2. 按公司国产化和新项目的要求，负责组织新产品制造可行性评审和新产品工艺文件编制，编写生产设施和装备技术要求, 参与工装设备评审和验收。
Responsible for leading new product manufacture feasibility analysis and create process docuement according to localization and design in project requirement, and creating machine/equipment SPEC, take part in the machine/fixture design and acceptance checking.
3. 组织电机新工艺开发和工艺导入，参与设备供应商的评审。
Responsible for new motor process development and introduction, join the new machine supplier development and evaluation.
4. 改进现有的生产工艺，例如，马达测试、机械加工、绝缘处理等.
Improve current process, for example, motor testing, machining, and insulation treatment;.
5. 负责工艺标准化和培训
Responsble for process standardization and training
6. 带领和管理团队成员完成团队任务。
Leading and Managing team member to finish team task.
7. 对公司其他部门的工作提供有效的支持.
Provide support to other department when required.

1. 机械、电子或仪器相关专业本科或以上，五年以上工作经验。
College degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrument or equivalent, with at least 5 year’s relevant experience.
2. 熟悉电机或者风机生产制造工艺和生产。
Familiar with motor or fan manufacture process and production.
3. 具备工艺开发、设备开发和项目管理方面的经验。
Experience with process development, machine building and project management is must.
4. 具有团队管理经验。
Team management experience is must.
5. 具有强烈的责任感和工作主动性。
Solid sence of responsiblity and self-motiveted.
6. 良好的交流和协作技巧。
good communication and coordination skills.
7. 流利的英语交流能力（书面和口语）。
Fluent in English communication (both written & oral)..
8. 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件。
Skilled in MS office software.
