1. 负责制造能力规划，包含新产品的制造可行性评估。

2. 负责新产品引进和转移项目，包括制订项目计划、工艺流程定义、协调物料准备、工装设备准备、新样品生产、PPAP报告准备及提交、工艺文件起草、量产前的准备等活动。其中工装设备准备具体包括设备选型、技术要求起草、设备调试和验收。
Be responsible for new product introduction and transfer project, including making project schedule, process flow defination, coordinate raw material preparation, fixture/machine preparation, new sample production, PPAP report preparation and submission, process docuement setting up, mass production preparation and etc. Fixture/machine preparation Including machine selection, machine SPEC building, machine debugging and acceptance.
3. 负责编写工艺文件，包括流程图、作业指导书、过程失效模式分析、返修指导书等。
Be responsible for making process document including flow chart, working instruction, PFMEA, rework instruction and etc.
4. 管理和协调跨部门的国产化活动。
Managing locaization projects throughout departments.
5. 负责推进产能增加项目
Be responsible for the capacity increase project.
6. 负责在生产工程部内部协调本地开发项目的工艺相关任务
Be responsible for the PE related coordination work of the deisgn-in project within PE.
7. 积极提出及推进持续改进项目
Raise and push CIP project

1. 机械、电子或仪器相关专业本科或以上，至少五年以上工作经验。
College degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrument or equivalent, with at least 3 year’s relevant experience.
2. 熟悉生产管理和具备现场管理经验。
Familiar with production management and has on site management experience.
3. 必须有机械装配、电气测试等方面的经验；
Experience of mechanical assembly and electronic testing is must
4. 必须有项目管理方面的经验。
Experience with project management is must.
5. 具备良好的交流和协作技巧，有高度的责任心和自觉性。
