Your area of responsibility: -Develop regional sales strategies according to the Global Industry Segment Strategy. -Lead the development and implementation of the regional sales strategy and growth actions. -Define and propose sales targets for the Region in the specific Industry Segment and ensure their achievement with a structured follow up process. -Growing direct sales of B&R's solutions in assigned Top Customer(s) clarifying technical aspects, preparing offers including prices and trading conditions. -Create added value for the customer ensuring optimal solutions. -Support on front-end sales, coordinate with Global Account Managers (GAM) and OEM teams. -Network with key industry influencers and stakeholders, attend functions and events, and monitor publications and research. -Provide market feedback for future product development and company strategy -Cooperate with global sales teams to identify customer values and benefits to create new opportunities.
Your background: -Sound technical background in electrical engineering / mechatronics and software development -Understand the needs of the marine industry and have a thorough understanding of the systems in the marine industry. -Minimum 5 years of sales experience within an international business environment, preferably in multinational companies. -Strategic thinking, determination, and persistence. -Excellent leadership, social and communication skills, marketing skills. -Ability to work across sales units, understanding the differences and leveraging the synergies -Solid competence in Industrial Automation systems like PLCs, motors, drives, motion control and robotics solutions. -Fluent in English, other languages are an added advantage.
