Description:
Our [Division] is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vision Expert to join [FIS R&D]. All program s
and plants with Production Vision control system require a qualified person to be responsible of the
good commisioning of the Production Vision control system as well as a contact to transversalize the
information regarding the Production Vision control system. Duties of position will include:

Quality:
? Understand the different types of defects for FIS.
? Perform assemesment of production vision systems based on R&R studies
? Upgrade thresholds for validation for a production vision control systems

Production:
? Regular management of Vision Systems performance, based on specific KPIs and tracking of
feilures
? Optimization and improvement of current applications
? Update regularly the BG leader to transversalize all information that referfs to the installation,
communication problems…
Maintenance:
? Ability to corrective maintenance in current applications
? Advise of possible firmware upgrades

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Vocational education in automation/electronics/industrial technology (minimum, advanced
level preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience in production in an industrial environment.
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
• Knowledge of production control system technologies (MES, PLCs, industrial communications,
configuration of sensors and field devices, networks…).
• Proactive attitude for learning new technologies and commitment to the process of machine
vision systems and latest technologies in the field.
