? Manage Critical Parts Management (CPM) in global
? Update Global shortage files for critical items, root cause identify, lesson learn and
keep improve critical status
? Support all FCE plant and early detection critical part with regular review meeting
? Global allocation request and confirm with BG PC&L team
? Work with BG commodity and escalate meeting with supplier to get delivery
improved
? Spot buy evaluation and decision
? Supplier long term capacity study quarterly and improve it with BG commodity by
2wks meeting
? Exceptional freight management for urgent shipment, like hand carry, change sea to
air
? EOL part management, regular review EOL part schedule, forecast and shortage date,
new EOL part CCB decision, go to last buy or alternative solution, make sure all EOL
part flag in Agile and mark EOL in SAP, drive alternative solution with purchasing and
engineer
? Part/Supplier change management (including L Part to Y part), to make sure smoothly
change and current backlog/order transfer and delivery confirm with new
supplier/part
? Alternative/localization part validation status follow up and launch management,
work with purchasing and engineer team to process it

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• More than 5 years' experience in logistic, production or purchase in automotive
industry, prefer purchasing
• Strong leadership and good teamwork to drive result
• Business trip request including national trip
• Fluent English in both written and oral
