1. Manage all projects' EMC testing activity
2. Optimize the quotation template for EMC testing (including labor costs, equipment costs, and outsourcing costs)
3. Review and approve EMC test schedule and detail testing document (How to do EMC test)
4. Review and approve EMC test report.
5. Propose an improvement plan for the EMC team's Skill and track its implementation
6. Propose equipment investment plan, and track its implementation
7. Communicate with other cross function departments: HR, IDP, Finance etc.
8. Control budgets of the EMC group (funds, equipment, HC, quotations, etc.)
9. Manage daily work for EMC laboratories
10. Setting annual tasks for ISO17025 certification and monitor implementation.
11. Setting annual tasks for Car OEM audit and monitor implementation.

1 Minimum 10 years EMC testing experience in automotive industry
2 Fluent Japanese/English in oral & writing.basic presentation skill
3.Familiar with EMC standards of all car OEM: (FAW, GWM, GAC, SGM, JMC, Nissan, Honda, SUZUKI, MMC, VW, PSA, STELLANTIS, SCANNIA, etc.)
4. Familiar with EMC international standard: ISO11452-2/4/8/9, ISO7637-2/3, CISPR25, etc.)
5. Familiar with project development process and experimental evaluation process
6. Familiar with the working principles of EMC testing system., able to identify the root cause of errors and implement countermeasures

8. Ability to summarize and analyze the EMC testing annual goals and propose improvement plans

10. Familiar with the ISO17025 laboratory quality management system and have the authority to approve in the EMC testing report
11. Familiar with the laboratory audit process of OEM car manufacturers
12. Knowledge of quality contral method(FMEA, FTA, QC, 5W1H Fishbone..)
13. Kknowledge and experience in test method and stategies.
