Key Responsibilities
Specific areas of focus will include:
Key client account management
Provide proactive consulting support to help clients maximize their experience and achieve their goals;
Develop intelligent and actionable insights for the client by compiling and reviewing monthly recruiting results data, developing reports and sharing the insights with your clients through meetings and workshops;
Actively listen to clients’ needs and resolve their challenges;
Based on client feedback and experiences, share insights and suggestions with the AJINGA internal team for product improvements and feature innovations;
Manage the financial side of the client relationship including revenue forecasting, invoicing and collections;
Actively manage the client renewal conversation and process;
Accountable for delivery through close internal collaboration and proactive, constructive communication;
Sales support by actively collaborating with the sales team throughout the sales process (eligible for sales commission), and
Build your client portfolio through new client sales.
Key Requirements:
Strong key account management / relationship management experience;
Excellent project management skills;
Ideally have recruitment and/or employer branding related experience;
Have strong interpersonal communication skills and influencing skills;
Logical and likes to solve problems;
Well organized;
Able to learn quickly and seeks personal development opportunities;
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills;
Hardworking and results oriented;
Have excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, and
Have at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
