? Resident in the seat group of customer automobile group – Guangzhou
? Responsible for complete seat & sub-components benchmark, design,
development and validation
? Responsible for technical analysis, feasibility analysis of complete seat,
leading product design and improvement work
? Organise or join regular communication with suppliers and project
members
? Technical exchange and discussion with customer counterparts
? Design of 3D models & 2D drawing with CATIA V5
? Ability to make technical proposal to solve feasibility issues
? All other tasks assigned by superior

a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
• Japanese skill in reading and writing
• Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
• Team player with good organization and problem solving skills
• Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment
• Experience Japan study experience is preferred
b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
• Bachelor - Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree in Automotive
Engineering, Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work
experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in seat development/manufacture
• Skilled to use CATIA V5
• Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in leading a small construction team is a plus
