As Regional Director of Admissions & Marketing (RDAM)/CIS, you’ll provide
strategic and operational leadership across the region to help deliver against
growth objectives, and build Nord Anglia’s brand equity and reputation. This
is a global Senior Leadership Team (SLT) position, taking accountability for
the MAC (Marketing, Admissions & Communications) function in CIS region.
You’ll lead, develop, and implement the growth strategy to ensure
recruitment and retention of students, building the reputation of Nord Anglia
Education (NAE) across its schools in the region - working closely with the
global MAC team in London, and regional colleagues. You’ll be a trusted
advisor and operator to the Regional Managing Director, China International
Schools and other Executive Committee members, to ensure the region
achieves its student recruitment (what we call our FTE or Full Time
Equivalent metric) and revenue targets.
This position collaborates with our schools in the region to ensure a best in
class, service-orientated sales process (what we call our ‘Family Experience
Journey’), generating admissions enquiries and new student enrolments to
deliver the required FTE growth. The RDAM ensures that each school in the
region leverages our NAE Family Experience Journey framework to define
the best parent experience locally, ensuring everyday great communication
of the school’s brand promises and NAE brand positioning to:
? Attract new parents through first-class marketing execution
? Recruit them through highly personalised admissions practices
? Retain them through outstanding communications delivery

development of the commercial, creative, and customer-focussed skills of
your Admissions & Marketing leaders. You’ll also be responsible for
engaging the wider region and school Principals in the parent
experience.
Externally, as RDAM you’ll also be a consummate ambassador for our brand
at every level across our organisation and you’ll play a pivotal role in building
our schools’ reputations.
As an expert, here’s what we expect:
• Demonstrate effectiveness in relationship building and people management skills with the ability to
motivate and inspire others within our matrix organisation
• Demonstrate success in managing a line of business, and driving sales and marketing along with
communications and media – ideally in a service delivery sector and with a global perspective
• Display a strong understanding of key business issues in the premium schools marketplace.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and experience of working first-hand with senior leaders and in
cross-functional environments, providing expert advice on sales, marketing and communications
issues.
• You’ll be a natural communicator, adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all
levels, both inside and outside our organisation
• Proven leadership, project management and organizational skills, and the capability to deliver a
service that takes full advantage of an integrated sales, marketing and communications team.
• Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas to solve problems.
• Familiar with current trends in international mass media, corporate communications, digital innovation,
social media, events and public affairs. Superior verbal, communication, writing and editing skills.
• You love data, with experience of capturing and analysing it, and using it to construct testable
hypotheses and come up with actionable insights
• You’ll be digitally savvy, able to make a positive contribution to NAE’s digital’s footprint of owned,
earned and paid media
