1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent
本科及以上学历，机电类相关专业，有电气件相关采购工作经验
2. At least five years sourcing experience in machinery manufacturing industry
设备制造行业8年以上采购工作经验
3. Familiar with bidding and procurement process、supplier evaluation、quality system熟悉招标和采购流程，供应商评估考核，相关质量体系
4. Good knowledge and experience with purchasing electrical products and mechanical parts，especially localization experience
在电气产品和机械零部件方面具备良好的知识和经验，具备零部件国产化采购经验更佳
5. Good negotiation and excellent command of written and oral English
良好的谈判沟通技巧，英语水平佳（书面、口语）
