1. Define supply management strategy according to market demand and company strategy; 2. Structure material commodity purchasing model; 3. Responsible for supply management system, cost management system and purchasing work process; 4. Build supplier performance dynamic assessment process, regulate supplier performance management; 5. Maintain Key supplier relationship, develop new supplier to stablize supply chain, monitor market trend to adjust supply chain; 6. Plan material localization, cooperation with R&D and Quality; 7. Maintain global supply chain, support global sourcing strategy of group; 8. Develop team and talent.
1. Bachelor's degree in science and engineering, majoring in mechanical and electrical related fields;
2. With more than 5 years of direct procurement, supplier development, and management experience in manufacturing (mechanical) equipment, projects, etc., and the ability to read and interpret drawings and professional specifications is preferred;
3. Have excellent cost/market analysis and negotiation skills, data analysis and insight abilities, and understand market trends;
4. Excellent cross departmental communication skills and a sense of collaboration and collaboration;
5. Good communication skills and self motivation, with a work spirit that must achieve the mission;
6. Proficient in Office tools such as Excel and PPT, with priority given to experience in using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle;
7. Integrity and fairness, good professional ethics and sense of responsibility;
8. Fluent in spoken English and very fluent in writing.
