The main missions of the role are to:
The role of a T&E E-EOL is to manage the feasibility analysis, SPEC(concept definition, key components brand and reference definition, quality requirement, acceptance checklist, document requirement, cost breakdown, T&E KPI, traceability requirement…etc.) creation, technical review & design validation with supplier, trial out support, T&E PDCA closing and task transfer to plant for EOL(end of line checking equipment, e.g. visual check, operation force check, time check, noise check, voltage/current/resistance check, IP/TC cockpit E-check…etc.) development, respecting objectives set in terms of Quality, Delivery and Cost.
The main missions of the role are to:
1. Be responsible for the successful completion of T&E EOL programs from receipt of order through a successful "Run at Rate"
2. EOL feasibility analysis according to technical input from program team.
3. EOL SPEC creation according to FIS standard and input from program team
4. Technical review with supplier and output risk assessment to program
5. Lead design review and validation with supplier
6. Follow up EOL manufacture in supplier
7. Lead EOL trial out, issue analysis/solution and PDCA closing
8. Smooth and successful task transfer to serial plant
9. Track and report the status of EOL, following the ratio of expenses against budget and monitoring quality, cost and delivery performance (i.e. presentations, meetings)
10. Be in charge of technical communication with supplier and program team, providing documentation
11. Ensure the EOL conforms with the Group's Health, Safety & Environment standards
12. Contribute to the continuously improvement of T&E EOL

Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2. 5 years+ of experience
3. Experience of EOL(end of line checking equipment, e.g. visual check, operation force check, time check, noise check, voltage/current/resistance check, IP/TC cockpit E-check…etc.) in automotive interior system is better
4. Familiar with CAN/LIN communication protocol is better
5. Strong teamwork skills, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to work in a matrix organization
7. Good English communication( written and spoken) is better
8. Need business trip
