UPPH and OEE monitoring to support site expansion.
Line balance study and initiate improvement activities.
Maintain capacity master data in the ERP system.
Manufacturing layout planning.
ERP system management
Responsible for site ERP system implementation.
Responsible for MES implementation.
Daily trouble shooting for any ERP system related.

Fluent in English
At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing process, refine product site, familiar with lean production knowledge and skills.
Proficient experience with an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning, such as Oracle,SAP, or equivalent).
Skilled In AutoCAD, Solidworks/ Pore or similar software.
Experience in medical device industry.
University degree or above, major in industrial engineering or manufacturing related.
10 years’ experience in industrial engineering, refine product site, familiar with lean production knowledge and skills.
