? Play a central role in our development of our China function and activities to support our University partners’
aspirations in-region, in particular with regards to Malvern’s representation of the University of East London inregion
? To work with senior management within Malvern International and our partner Universities to achieve
recruitment targets in East Asia, including the development of a range of initiatives specific for each
market, and for tracking and measuring the success of all activities.
? To build effective working relationships with colleagues within our partner universities, and our
schools, and deliver collaborative recruitment activities to achieve enrolment targets.
? To develop a strong understanding of Malvern International’s offering including overall brand positioning,
individual brand messaging, programme propositions and the unique positioning, provision, and strengths of our
schools with a view to promote our key services to students, parents, agents, and other institutions in region.
? To represent both Malvern International and our partners to achieve strategic aims, brand development,
recruitment targets and development of a wide range of recruitment focused initiatives.
? To monitor the social media and marketing for the region and to contribute towards the smooth roll out of all
related projects.
? To be fully aware and on top of UKVI developments for students wishing to study in the UK.
? To manage staff attendance at recruitment events and advise/counsel student
enquirers/applicants

• Good understanding of sales and marketing
processes in the Chinese education sector.
• Experience of managing producing
sales reports.
• Proven track record in delivering
against recruitment targets in the
international education sphere.
• Good understanding of the UK
education system.
• Established relationships with agents and
educational consultants in region.
• Line management of East Asia Team and budget
management.
