Responsibilities(职位描述)

Develop and implement mid-term and long-term OE & Rebuild growth roadmap through a clear mission and strategy.
Provide leadership and deep insight of team’s strength and weakness to develop a high-performance team.
Advise appropriate product development to meet key customer’s requirements.
Lead critical internal activities with region & global team including OE project kick off meeting, GSOP, SCA, etc.
Deeply understand customer strategy and drive strategic cooperation opportunities to generate consistent
OE & key component sales.
Improve customer’s satisfaction via proactive collaboration with all cross functions, focusing on machine delivery, performance and productivity.
Host or participate regular regional & global management meeting and present OE & Rebuild business.
Set up show case with each key customer to show the optimum solutions in terms of operating cost, productivity, reliability and performance.
Achieve annually financial KPI and performance in terms of booking, sales, OP%, CC, ROIC %.
Develop and manage Independent Sales Representatives for key projects.
Keep abreast of key competitor activity and market share, report in a timely and proper manner.
Deliver a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements(任职要求)

Minimum 10 years in management role and customer facing experience
Technical or business background (with qualifications) in the underground mining or mining equipment industry is preferred.
Success record in leading of selling and servicing highly customized equipment with sizable sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Familiar with Joy Customers is preferred
Up to date knowledge of mining techniques and equipment application in the underground environment is preferred
Business acumen and finance acumen – be able to use the sound knowledge of economic, market, and industry trends; and the good understanding how our company operates, to make good quality business decisions and propose actions
Ability to think strategically, and drive execution
Strong emotional intelligence and culture agility – be able to understand and manage own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and resolve conflict; and be able to establish and sustain trusting relationships with others
Influencing skill – demonstrated commitment to working in a matrix type organization where one must work together with peers from other departments to drive business results
Ability to communicate concisely and fluently in both English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing, with different levels in the organization
Global business acumen, good strategic thinking, comfortable in using “low context” communication styles for effective communication when dealing with western colleagues (ie – direct communications)
Mature leadership in building and developing a high-performance team, skillful in recruiting the right talents, daily performance management and employee engagement and development
