The main missions of the role are:
1) Ensure customers on time delivery and satisfaction
2) Keeping good relationships with customers
3) Management of production plan team, to ensure production as plan.
4) Ensure 100% on time delivery from suppliers and 0 shortage for production.
5) Inventory management and control to reach targets.
7) Improvement of Digital tools for efficiency and process.
8) Be good at export and import business, international transportation.
9) Improvement of suppliers’ packaging and transportation for cost saving.
10) Management of raw material team, production plan team and customer service team, build efficiency team.
11)Monthly report and data analysis for daily improvement.
12) Others temporary jobs given by N+1 Manager

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree or above, Professional English.
Experience:
o8 years or above working experience in in supply chain or logistics in auto industry.
o3 years or above management in production and raw material planning

Skills and competencies
oProfessional knowledge
Familiar with PSE - PC&L (Pull, Kanban, JIT window, etc).
Material planning capability
Be familiar with importing and exporting procedure, international transportation.
Inventory control & EOP management skill
oBe familiar with ERP system
oHaving returnable and carton packaging.
oCommunication and negotiation skill
