Key Responsibilities:
?Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and other relevant criteria. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms.
?Sourcing and Procurement: Research market trends, assess supplier capabilities, and negotiate contracts and agreements for goods and services. Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinates competitive source procurements to meet required purchase dates and prepares required support documentation.
?Cost Management: Analyze pricing proposals, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or service levels.
?Contract Management: Review and manage contracts, renewals, and amendments. Ensure that contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
?Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as department heads, finance teams, and legal teams to understand business needs, align procurement strategies, and mitigate risks.
?Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain, develop contingency plans, and implement measures to mitigate risks related to supplier performance, delivery delays, quality issues, etc.
?Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analysis related to procurement activities, vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Familiar with factory MRO and other indirect category material, casting and machining commodities experience are plus.
Strong character and flexible communication / negotiation capability with team and suppliers.
Hard working and good team work spirit
Strong self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility.
Good English capability in both oral and written.


Education and Experience:

Mechanical engineering at Bachelor level or above.
Minimum 3 years overall professional experience in purchasing area.
Has the common knowledge of ISO9000, IATF 16949, ISO14001.
Experienced in ERP/ MRP system, SAP is plus
