Major Responsibilities
? * Responsible for efficient planning, monitoring and steering of all design operations activities within the Design Center Chongqing
? * Ensuring project to stay within budget and time limitations and provide highest level of quality within your scope of work
? * Managing organization-wide alignments through important communication channels and reporting to the Department Manager in Munich.
? * Maintaining a strong liaison with the PMO team in Design Center Munich
? * Analyzing and resolving conflicts in a multicultural environment, remove hurdles, and be a catalyst for Design Leadership
? *Collaboration with suppliers and allocation of projects (technical agreements, purchasing)
? * Supporting departmental development regarding processes, methods and tools in collaboration with the Department Manager
? * Assisting Department Manager with long term resource and budget planning
? * Managing issues escalation to the next level
